Services & License
Diallytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms.
Use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by Diallytics.
Registration & Account Security
To use the Services, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
You agree to notify Diallytics promptly if you suspect any unauthorized account use.
You must ensure that all User Content and usage complies with these Terms and applicable regulations.
Payment & Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your Subscription plan or services as per the invoice or order.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance before activation of services.
Additional services (e.g. custom setup, premium support, on-site installation) may incur extra fees.
All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
Use Restrictions (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not use the Services for:
Any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Spam, unsolicited marketing, robocalls, phishing, or scam traffic.
Violations of telecommunication regulations or privacy laws.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
Uploading or transmitting malware or harmful content.
Misleading Caller IDs or falsified traffic (e.g. false answer supervision).
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the Services (software, code, design, documentation) remain with Diallytics or its licensors.
2. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Diallytics a non-exclusive license to use, transmit, store, and display it as needed to provide Services.
Data Protection & Privacy
We process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You warrant that any personal data you provide (including third-party data) is collected in compliance with applicable laws
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Diallytics makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, performance, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
Diallytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of possibility of such damages.
3. Diallytics’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Diallytics harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of the Terms, or any misuse of the Services.
Termination
You or Diallytics may terminate your Subscription at any time.
Upon termination, your access will end, and any outstanding payments remain due.
Diallytics may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of Terms, illegal or fraudulent behavior, or regulatory non-compliance — without refund.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If not resolved in 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under [specify arbitration rules and venue].
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
